SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) has made electronic procurement of Engineering, Financial, and Program Management support services a reality. Using SeaPort-e, the Navy Virtual SYSCOM (VS) Commanders (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP and SPAWAR) has adopted an integrated approach to contracting for support services. The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized means of issuing competitive solicitations amongst a large & diverse community of approved contractors, as well as a platform for awarding & managing performance-based task orders. This unified approach allows SeaPort-e service procurement teams to leverage their best work products, practices, & approaches across the Navy's critical service business sector. SeaPort-e also provides a contracting vehicle to support 22 functional areas and 7 geographic zones across the United States. Additionally, support may be provided under the contract to other Department of Defense (DoD), non-DoD or Joint agencies for related work. The Carley team is prepared to provide support to the Virtual SYSCOM in all functional areas in the following zones: Northeast Region (Zone 1), National Capital Region (Zone 2), Mid-Atlantic Region (Zone 3), Gulf Coast (Zone 4), Midwest (Zone 5), Southwest Region (Zone 6) and Northwest (Zone 7). |
